MumHelpMum (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use the MumHelpMum app, website, and related services.

- your email address and login details when you create an account
- profile information you choose to provide
- business or merchant information you submit when using merchant-related features
- planner items, saved activities, preferences, feedback, or other content you choose to add within the app
- messages or enquiries you send to us
We may also collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, maintain, and improve the service, such as:
- device type and operating system
- app usage and interaction data
- log data, error reports, and crash diagnostics
2. Location information
If you grant permission, MumHelpMum may access your device location to show nearby family-friendly activities and support map-based features.
Location access is optional. You can enable or disable it at any time in your device settings.
MumHelpMum does not access your location unless you choose to allow it, and does not use location for background tracking unless you explicitly enable a feature that requires it.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- provide and operate MumHelpMum features, including activities, planner, benefits, explore, and merchant tools
- personalise your experience
- communicate with you about your account, support requests, or service updates
- maintain the safety, security, and reliability of the app

We do not sell your personal information.

We may use third-party service providers to help operate MumHelpMum, such as providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, maps, and technical infrastructure.
